I'm Rowan Hetherington, a digital and business transformation strategist, passionate about driving ethical, sustainable, agile progress in the world.

At work, I am part of a small Digital Strategy Enablement team at IBM Corporate Headquarters, driving digital business transformation across marketing and communications disciplines globally. I work remotely from Australia and travel to some diverse and fascinating places.

I study Change Management part time at the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM).

My wonderful husband is (luckily) very good at cooking and our golden retriever is (luckily) very good at eating the left-overs when I cook (I'm learning the art of vegan cooking..). For fun I train dogs and horses using positive reinforcement and, when I have time, compete in equestrian sports (dressage and eventing).

I am English by birth, Australian by choice and live in Sydney, Australia.
